56 Kitchen is Solon’s American Eatery with responsibly sourced food. Our ingredients are fresh, local and always made from scratch.
Not only do we have two locations, we also specialize in handling all of your event needs from catering a fantastic meal. We pride ourselves on being able to work with our customers to achieve superior results at a great value.
We have many gluten free and vegan options!

How it all came to be…
The kitchen, ingredients, and food are all visible. We are so confident that our food will be fresh and taste good that we are putting the kitchen in the middle of the restaurant where you can see everything. Our open floor plan is inviting – you can see inside the kitchen. It is exciting to watch. It invites you to share a meal with others and be a part of our community.
